Any shipping charges are stated in your quote or invoice.
Tracking and delays
We share dispatch details as soon as they are available. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control, but we will help resolve them.
Receiving your order
Please check the packages on delivery and tell us about any visible damage as soon as possible.
